HP service Desk 4.5 SP4 Windows - Role definitions

Hi,
We have created a role which can create, modify accounts, attribute roles to accounts.

We'd like this role cann't attribute the role "System administrator" to an account, and cann't modify the system password. Is there a possibility to do that.

Hi Patricia,

As far as I am aware you cannot do this; if you go to SP 11 or later, the enhanced audit feature means you have an audit trail if someone does this.

Hi Patricia,

it is as Ruth has said and you cannot have such a role unless you give full sys admin rights. I don't like this but it is the way the system is.
