HP openview error

I get java.lang.RuntimeException:InvalidResourceHeader

when i try to open HPopenview. Any ideas on how to fix this? Ive tried uninstall and re-install of this program and java but no luck.

Hello

try to clear the cache and then try to login again.

The cache is under:-
user profile->application data-->hp openview->service desk->

delete the cache folder and retry.

I do not have a cache folder and have never had one before. Instead oc cache I have "client"
and the stems off into bin, lib, log, migration, repo , images, help, data_exchange
no DAT files mostly BATCH and ZIP
I work off of a laptop and desktop and verified everything matches atleast in te file folders for the program and nothing is off. Un-install and re-install didnt work
not only for openview but I also did it for Microsoft VM and java and still getting the error

Hi,

tha cache is not under Program Files, that is the installation path.

The cache most be under:
C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Hewlett-Packard\OpenView\Service Desk

Here is where the dat files mentioned by Jay above reside.
