HP openview Service Desk

Hello,

We have a standard view in HPSD where we can check every month how much tickets we actually solved.

The problem is we also put a lot of effort in tickets that can't be solved (due to rights, etc..) and eventually will be assigned to another queue.

Is there a possibility to create a view that i can see all the tickets where i left an update in?

If you are using 5.0 in your View filter or Advanced Find use:
History Lines;Registration;Created by Person;Search code is (exactly)

You can also do this with 4.5 but you have to type History Lines;Registration;Created by Person;Search code in the attribute field.
