HP Service Desk - Change DB/UI Rule

Hi,
I have been asked for the following in Service Desk.
When a change is in a status of 'approved'the change builder should only be able to move the change into a status of 'pending closure'and nothing else,at the moment they can move the change to any status they like.
Does anybody have a rule like that or suggest how it should be done.

Hi Christine,

Yes you can do this with a UI rule like the next example:

"When a value has changed
where Status (*) equals Approved
Actions: Limit status (Limit field value range) Status equals pending closure;"

Thanks very much for your reply. I have done the rule with one slight change to say 'after exsisting item has been opened' the rule now works absolutley fine. Thanks very much for your help. I will award you some points, speak to you again :)
