HP Service Desk 4.5 (SP 25): Historyline issues

Hi Specialists,

 

Since 2 days we have a problem that historylines (from auditing) are not always added in a Call, Change, Config record or Workorder. The strange thing is that it's not always the case. Sometimes there are calls with historylines. I can't find anything in the logfiles. Does anyone has ideas of how to solve this?

Strange.  If nothing in the log files, you might want to enable querylog for the application server and see just what the heck happens with entries in the history line tables and also trace this on the database.
