HP OV ServiceDesk - session replication

Hi,
I'm running SD 4.5 with Service Pack 23.

From time to time, some of my users have session replication. So, for one user I see 20-70 session and next user don't logon to application. I don't know why it is. Maybe you know?

Re: HP OV ServiceDesk - session replication

It's a mismatch between the user's cached data vs. information in the application server.

If you make changes to the system and said user did not close his client, during the time of the change, once his session is refreshed, locally cached data will not match the information from the server.
