Groups and Members and Roles

Service Desk 4.5 SP26 - I would like to produce a report that contains All Groups, Group members and what role has been assigned to them.
I have created an explorer view on Roles and Application Accounts, but it is the groups and it's memebers that I seem to have a problem with does anybody know how to do this please?
Help is out there always!!!!!

Use a reporting tool. Report off the SD database directly using the Views for reporting (generated from the Administrator Console).
