For incident the following fields are required

Dear Expert,

I have Intigrate SD 4.5(SP 21) with SIM and NNM we got incident from NNM and SIM,There is a problem when we Intigrate sd with OVOW 7.5 the integration is successfull but incident coming from NNM and SIM are stoped and same in OVOW.and in the application server show the:-
For incident the following fields are required:

Description,
Severity.

I am sending the log file as attchment please give the solution ASAP.

You are probably using sd_event for the integration. So it's best to check the sd_event log on your OVOW server to check that a description an a severity are indeed provided and that the severity can be used by service desk. OVOW often uses a number for the severity and the Service Desk import mapping must be correct to map this number to a service desk severity.
