Filtering Service Call History Lines

Hi there,
We need to prevent "system" generated (= audit) History lines from showing at Service Call | History tab.
I tried with a View filter and it does everything but filter records, I could change colors, display order, fields, etc, but filtering records does not work.
Anyone ?

Hello,

It seems that you can't, at least the filters defined on the presentation/views/history line do not work.

Have you tried managing the fields viewable via the roles

Security-access-role

under Advanced Item access selct the history value and click teh "hide" button.

this should hide the history for those that have only this role assigned to their account.
