Using Service Desk 4.5 SP11. When using filter function for Service Calls in Service Desk, choose the registration created \ is between \ 10/05/2007 14:25 and 10/5/2007 17:00 The results show SCs that are created AFTER the 17:00 time stamp...if change the search criteria to end at 16:59, results are correct. Is there a setting in the Admin Console that would cause this. Shame on us. We do not have any Service Levels setup for Service or Workgroups such as Opening Hours or Holiday hours. So is 17:00 a default setting somewhere?

I tried to recreate your fix. I don't know if it's because we are on SP11, but I don't seem to have the ability to filter by seconds. I try to type 14:25:00 and 17:00:00 and it does not recoginze the seconds when adding it to the filter criteria. My result still ends up with Service Calls Created "after" 10/5/07 17:00:00.
