Evaluation SLA/SLO's

hi,
anybody knows if API of Service Desk 4.5 have a methoth to evaluate, in real time, the SLA and SLO's availability?
If not, have any sugestion

There is no such method in 4.5. I think the only option is to develop an external application to evaluate the SLA.

Ok, this is a important method. What a shame, HP forget this important funcionality.

Another question, the API Service Desk 4.5 methods are compatible with API Service Desk 5?

The 5.0 API is 99% compatible with 4.5. There are a small number of type changes, and obviously the SLM interface has changed. There is a guide included with 5.0 that describes the differences between the two apis.
