Do you mean the validity date of the SLA?
Evaluation Period is a drop-down field that allows to select if the SLA metrics will be evaluated weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.

I should've asked in my first post, too.
What exactly is BILL in your environment?

I've heard of BIL which would translate to Service Level in non-APM Service Desk environments...

What is the Status code of the SLA Active or Expired? What about the Status of the Service? If you Audit SLA fields, it'd be a good idea to check if anything else was changed by mistake.
