Error opening CI record

Hello All

I have one user that is getting the following error when opening a CI(see attached), It doesn't happen on all records. Other users that have the exact same permissions can open the record.

I have tried creating a new ID for the person, uninstalled and reinstalled the client.

I am stumped.

I tried all the listed solution. I still have the same problem with just the one user. All other user are okay, they can open the record.

Hi David,

Have you checked the same with other user using the same machine?

Try to replace hotfix.jar file again...

I also got this error once even when I already replaced my old hotfix.jar with newone(which is used to solve this error)..However the problem vanished nce I replaced the this file with its copy again.

Hello

I have tried replacing the hotfix file with one form a machine that works properly.

still get the same error.

Any ideas anyone...help.

David,
I suggest try using that particular user account on different system, and also recreate the user account and relate to the workgroup, if all fails relate the user to the group who can open that CI
