Error adding an organization to an SLA

I'm getting an error that I don't understand. We are using SD 4.5 with service pack 13.

Whenever we try to associate an organization (BU525) with our SLA (#29), we get the attached error, which says, "Organization BU514 has already been related to Service Level Agreement with ID 29, 117, 119, which belongs to the current service structure". Why would I get an error about BU514 when I am trying to associate BU525?

Finally I removed BU514 from SLAs #117 & 119. Then BU525 could be added to SLA #29 just fine. Can anyone explain what is happening here?

Thanks,
Jeff

Re: Error adding an organization to an SLA

Hi
if your 119,117 in one Service or in Services in one structure you can't add one more relation to Org. create separate Service and SLA then you will possibility to relate this Org.

Re: Error adding an organization to an SLA

Check may be BU525 is part of BU514 in organizational structure.

if parent organization is related to SLA, then child organizations can not be related to the same service SLA.
