When we create a ticket by means of a template from the SSP, the Entered by Field is blank in the Service Call (and greyed out). When we create a Change from that Service Call, the Entered by Field remains blank. When we create a workorder from that change, the Entered by Field is still blank. But when the workorder is closed, a mail is sent to the Entered by Person. Is there a way to get this field filled in?
