Entered by Person field

When we create a ticket by means of a template from the SSP, the Entered by Field is blank in the Service Call (and greyed out). When we create a Change from that Service Call, the Entered by Field remains blank. When we create a workorder from that change, the Entered by Field is still blank. But when the workorder is closed, a mail is sent to the Entered by Person. Is there a way to get this field filled in?

Just a wild guess: is a Person linked to the account doing the actions?

The field â Entered by Personâ is indeed automatically filled on the basis of the user who is logged in in Servicedesk at that moment.

Further investigation showed however that there is no link for this specific field between SSP and Servicedesk. Therefore, filling the â Entered by Personâ field via SSP is not possible.

I will try and resolve this by using a custom field.
