Enable new Project Categories

Software: OpenView ServiceDesk 4.5 (SP7)

I wish to create a new category for Projects. Under the Admin Console, I went to:

Data / Codes / Project / Project Category

I successfully created new categories, and they appear in the category field in a new/existing project, but I cannot select them. If I select one and click OK, it defaults to a different, pre-existing category.

Any ideas?

It's probably problem on client cache. Stop the client, clear the cache and restart it.

Ok - I got the client cache cleared, but I still have the same issue...

Does anyone have any ideas on this? I need to get this resolved as soon as I can.

It appears a UI rule was running that preset the category field. Thanks.
