Email templates

Hi, is there any way of turning off the email templates so that the servicedesk doesn't reply to the inbound email commands?

Open Administrative Console -> Control Panel -> Email -> Email commands.
Select the command and click "Modify" button.
Deselect the "Send confirmation" option.

will that make the servicecall mails appear in the servicedesk, or will the mails be rejected?
A while ago, all mails I sent to my server appeared as ServiceCalls, but now every mail is rejected because of the email commands. I want every mail sent to my server to become a new servicecall, regardless of what the subject of the incoming mail is.
