Email response to be BCCed...


I work on SD4.5 with SP20.
We had email configured to raise service calls. When the confirmation is sent to caller, it is CCed to email id.
The field 'E-mail Address For Logging Responding E-mail messages' in Email setting is set to the above email address.

Can it be BCCed rather than just a CC?
