Email is not triggering when work order is created from Service call

Customer wants email to be sent to assignment group when work order created using work order tab & assign to assignment group & click on Add button present in service call.
is it possible

When workoreder is created
where Status (*) equals New Assignment group (Send e-mail message) , Send to: Assignment group

Hi there,

You say your rule is:

When workoreder is created
where Status (*) equals New Assignment group (Send e-mail message) , Send to: Assignment group

Is the status chnaged at the creation of the WO?

If not, the rule will not trigger as you have the "Evaluate this rule when this field has been changed" selected.

You could try clearing this box and see if that helps,

Is status "Assignment to New work group" is there?
