Has anyone encountered major ESS hanging with 100 users logging in simultaneously?
Running on ISS 6.0 redirected to Apache 5.0, SC 6.2.2 on MSSQL 2005.
In the stdout.log and sc.log this common error appears:
SOAP Failure – An exception was raised in native code. Error Win32 EX exception (0XC0000005). Client terminated. SOAP Failure – Authentication failure – Basic realm = “CASM”.
We're currently using LoadRunner to simulate the user logins, creating ticket, view their open tickets, searching for closed tickets, searching on Knowledgebase, viewing their assets, then logging out.
We still see the errors appearing. Not really sure what is causing it.
