E-mail with digital signature

E-mail with digital signature

Please help us to solve the issue: when service desk receipt e-mail with digital signature, it distorts encoding so that we cannot understand content of the e-mail. When we forward this e-mail without digital signature all works well

Hi there,

you need to ensure that the content of the email you want HPSD to use has the string

*BEGIN

at the start, and

*END

at the end - e.g. bfore the digital signature.

How can I add that tegs in any letter received to SD (by Exchange)?
At which stage can I do it?
