E-mail notifications, SP29

Hello all.
I faced with problem - SD automatically doesn't send notification to user with information that his call is registered with ID and other information.
But if i do it via DB rule it works.

Hi,

If you want email from email settings template, you need to enable the same.

To enable go to Admin console->system Panel->Email settings->Email Commands Tab and open the New email command and check the Send confirmation Checkbox.

If Send confirmation checkbox is disable, SD will not send the email to caller for Registered calls.
