Duplicate tasks when SD server restart

we are running SD 45 SP 22. Every night due to backup we restart our application server. Everything works fine and all but sometimes (not every time) Service Desk fires scheduled tasks again and we receive duplicate e-mail/s (it also happens when restarting services). Is it possible to prevent Service Desk from sending email from certain time to certain time?

The problem that occur to me is that Service Desk does not mark certain task as completed and once service or server is restarted it goes off again. How can I prevent this?
