Drop-down list not returning entries

Hello

A user has called me to check why the a drop down list brings up nothing. I enter as an Administrator, and can see a list of entries, while entering as as normal user has the same result as described by the user.

The problem is in the Work Order form, under Config Items tab. Clicking on the 'Relate' button and then 'Advanced Find'. Go to the 'Advanced' tab, and select the field: Registration;Modified by;.

When I click on the drop-down box as Admin, I get a list of person accounts (including those who have been deactivated), while being a normal user does not allow me to see any persons at all. Does anyone know why?

Hi,

have you verified if the role of that user has at least VIEW permissions for the Person module?
