Drag e-mail from Outllook

Is there any chance to have a service call accept the drag and drop directly from outlook? To drag it into a folder and then to the service call is normal but is there a way to make a service call accept the drag from Outlook and attach the e-mail ?

Maybe a strange request but don't kill the messenger :)

Re: Drag e-mail from Outllook

Hi Steven,

I have never seen this done before (no help there but just to mention). You are correct in the 2 step method which doesn't take much time to do.

Curious to see any other replies.

I think I'll take the lack of replies as a "cannot be done" :)

Re: Drag e-mail from Outllook

Hi Steven,

I'm afraid you can't do it in a single step. You have two posibilities:
1. Send an Outlook message as attachment to an address (yours). Choose this option with right click on message.
2. Save a message in a folder as eml or htm/html format in a specfied folder.
I'm sorry, but we can wait together for a unpredictible smart solution!

Best regards,

Steven,

To be quicklier, if you choose first alternative, after right click on message and "Forward as attachment" from menu, you will see that mail as an attachment in a new open window. Right click again on attachment and choose "Open". Select "save on disk" and store attachment on desktop, for example.
Finally, insert attachment in your call.
Ooh, is to much, isn't it? But you will be happy!

Best regards,

Dan
