Disabling date/time validation in Service Desk

When entering a Work Order, the deadline date/time must be later than the entry date/time. Is there a way to disable this feature?

This is a system function and AFAIK, there is no way to disable this. But why do you want to disable this? This is required and mandatory. The deadline for any WO cannot be before the WO gets created!! It's not meaningful, isn't it?

I assume that you are asking this, as you are creating the WO automatically from Change template. If yes, please write a rule, to update your deadline based on WO status/activation, etc.
