Direct query to the Service Desk database


We need to know if there is any information regarding our requirements stored in the service desk database itself.
The query would be:
1) service calls registered that gets escalated to the Incident Manager
2) service calls with priority overridden by Incident Manager

Please pass the table & other related info to us, so as to form our query
