Deletion of Service Desk Accounts

Is there a quick efficient method to delete users from HP without having to re-assign all associate calls/incidents to someone else?

Hi Michelle;
I don't recommend deleting any person's. First off if you did, you would be faced with having to unrelate any record or item linked to the person. The best suggestion is to block inactive people. As for reassigning calls to someone else, you can easily do this using the Update All feature. For example, find All items assigned to "Sally" and then Update All by reassigning to "Joe". Something like that.
