Deadline not filled in when creating service call through Service Pages

Hi,

Service Desk 5.1 with SP6.1 here..

When creating Service Calls through the JAVA GUI it works fine, the deadline is automatically filled in when the caller field is filled in with a person belonging to a SLA receiver Organization.

But when creating it through the Service Pages, the deadline is not filled in, even though the caller and organization fields are beeing filled in correctly with the person who is logged on to the Service Pages..

Any ideas??

Thx in advance,
FL

Re: Deadline not filled in when creating service call through Service Pages

Hi Ruth,

Thx for the reply, but I found out that there was a rule somebody else made that was deleting the priority for service calls created in SP.. :(

Re: Deadline not filled in when creating service call through Service Pages

Hi,

Thought that this was fixed.. but its still happening. When I create a service call through the Service Pages the deadline is not filled in.

Funny thing, if I use the template that is beeing used by Service Pages on the Service Desk JAVA GUI it works fine, the deadline is filled in when the caller is entered..

Any ideas?

Thank you,
FL
