What do I have to do to change the format of "Status" when Deadline is on or past the due date. For example, if a service call has passed the deadline, I want the Status of that call to change to red on the Service call list. I'm assuming it's a database rule but i couldn't figure it out.
It's a view Rule, not a DB Rule. Right click on the header bar and click on Customize Current view. Then click on Auto Format. There you can specify the rule that will effect your views for the kind of requirement you have.
