DB rule for notification when a call has been deleted

V 4.5 SP25

Hi, I created a DB rule that will notify me when a call has been deleted but it does not inform me who has deleted it, call id ...etc

any ideas if and how this can be done?

I've got it set up so only admins have this functionality

Hi Roxana,

In order to audit who delete what records, you can use the Enhanced Audit feature.

Look for it in the OnLine help and enable it to audit the deletion of records.

Re: DB rule for notification when a call has been deleted

If I remember correctly, Enhanced Auditing has to be enabled through the Auditor Role...

Check the SP20 addendum included in the doc folder of your Service Pack 25 extraction directory.
