DB Rule sets [Status] which is [UpdateCMDBStatus] and CMDB updated?

On SD4.5 SP22 when you set [Workorder;Status] to a value which is the [UpdateCMDBStatus] by means of a DB rule, the CMDB is not updated with the [Planned values]. Whereas when you set this same value for [Status] in the user interface, it is.

This may have to do with the message you get when saving the Workorder in the [UpdateCMDBStatus], which goes like:
'The new status exceeds the Update CMDB Status. Click Yes to execute the planned CMDB-update. Click No for resetting the status and preventing the planned CMDB Update from being executed.'

How can we do a DB rule update on [Status] to the [UpdateCMDBStatus] AND have the CMDB updated with the Planned values? If it is true that this has to do with the above mentioned message, is there a way to disable this message?

Any help will be very much appreciated (and of course rewarded with lots of points!).

Hii Functioneel_Beheer

Try to create UI rule instead of DB rule.

Hope it helps !

Swati,
Unfortunately that is not possible, because the update should be scheduled. Thanks anyway.
