DB Rule prior to response violation

Hi all,
I'm using Servicedesk 4.5 with SP 4.
I want to create a database rule that sends e-mail & sms alert 10 minutes before response violation of a service call.

How can I do this?? Pls help me...

HI, create rule and set use schedule , as exaple look attachment. If fields, described in condition, changed the value, then this rule not execute action(sending email), if condition will true, then send email.

And if you have an email/SMS gateway that can accept the mobile number then you will need a custom field for the mobile number on the person record so that the rule can send the email to the gateway using the Mobile number of the assigned person.
