I have modified the SSP pages to enable insertion of Work Order.WorkOrder insertion is working fine. However, once the WO is created through SSP it is not executing a DB rule, which sends an EMAIL to no of people. If you change, the status of work order (through SSP) from initiated to in progress or assigned the WO to some person, related DB rule works fine. Any ideas....
P.S. Existing DB Rule works fine if you create WO using SD client. Service Desk Version 4.5 with SP9
Please find attached ZIP file contains the DB RUle details.DB rule is working fine if you insert the Work Order from SD Client.But do not work if you insert the Work Order through SSP.There is no entery in log file also.
Is there any DB Rule class files we need to call to execute the DB rule?
