Customizing "Quick Find" button for the "Service" attribute on service call' s form
I would like to know if it’s possible to customize "Quick Find" button for the "Service" attribute on the service call's form. The default functionality of this button is as follows: - when pressing this button a new form is opened (“Quick Find - Service”) - the services listed in this form are filtered by the Caller information: only the services that have SLA received by that Caller
I want to apply another filter to the view used in “Quick Find - Service” form, depending on the service call’s Classification and I don’t know where to modify the filter that is already used (depending on Caller).

Try Administrator Console > Presentation > Search. Double click Service on the right panel and click Quick View on the Search Tab. In the Fields dialog box you can add and remove fields and change the order of the fields.
