Customer Due date is getting blank.

Hi Experts,

I am using HPSD4.5 SP 23.My requirment is to set SLA for 1 particular field not for all.So i have created a rule When a CI is entered service set CI's Service.
My issue is when SLA is applying it is clearing the Customer due date.

Please suggest.
