Custom duration field - Service level

Hello,

on SD 4.5 SP 17 I've created a custom duration field which calculates time difference between two time fields.

However, I've noticed, that this duration field does not take int account service level (for example 8x5) just like Actual Duration field does, but uses 24x7 service level.

Is it possible to take into calculation 8x5 or any other service level ?

Use Service level is chceked in General settings/application/Planned time calculations uses.

Hello Andrej,

You can only use existing Start/End dates + duration fields to get this behavior. It is not possible to reproduce this since the logic is hardcoded in HPOV SD.

I also tired to create new duration field based on 8x5. Can't you use actual start / end date + duration or planned start / end date + duration fields instead?
