Creating an action to send E-mail

I created an action to send E-mail messages when a Configuration Item is deleted in Service Desk. Is it possible to receive by E-mail some information regarding the CI just deleted and the name of the person who performed this action?

Hi there,

You can send an email but cannot include in the email any details from the record just deleted.

A way round this could be not allow people to delete, but rather block items and then you can email the details when someone blocks an item.

Hi there,

You can stop people deleting records by their role - so you should eb able to stop people doing this.
