Creating a view of all tickets assigned

Hi ,

I need to create a view, which displays all the tickets assigned to my workgroup , either it is closed or opened.

There is also a scenario like , the ticket is assigned to me ,and i've transfered it to another group , and there are working on it. Still it need to come in the view.

Basically , the requiremtn is to show all the tickets which i worked at any point of time , or which is assigned to me at any point of time.

Hi Renjith,

When you create a view, go to Filter and 'More Choices' tab. You can find some filters which you can use.

Hi,

In the view,try using the filter

FIELD : Assignment;From Workgroup
OPERATOR : equals
VALUE : Your Workgroup Name

This will display all the call assigned to your workgroup & also the calls which you have transferred to other workgroup.

Hi Renjith,

Its easy to create a view. Just search and display all records assigned to your workgroup. Then go to the Option drop down menu and select the save as view and fill all the required fields It will be saved. Then you can select that from the system navigator menu.
