Corrupted file...

Typically, this means that there is a file that is corrupted in the Service Desk client. You can go to the path where the user.dat and things should be stored (normally "C:\Documents and Settings\{userid}\Application Data\Hewlett-Packard\OpenView\Service Desk") and check for files of 0 size. If there is a zero size file, you should delete it.

Normally, it's user.dat that is the problem.
