Consolidate views of SC,Problem, Incident n Change?

Hi,

I was wondering if its possible to create a view which shows SC, Inc, Problem and Change tickets all in one view...?

You can define in the Service Today view, for 4.5 and comblination for 5.0

Hi Amy,

Service Today will do this but generally there are filters placed on what is viewed to show assignments to groups and people etc.
You could show everyhing in this view but if there are a large ammount of items per SC,Problem, Incident and Change this would probably take some time to load the complete view.

What are you trying to achieve?

Hi,

I do agree with you, with the loading of large amount of data.

Perhaps there are a few view I can create to filter the my needs. For one, a consolidated view of all SC, In, Problem, and Change which are DUE today.

Another would be those created today, or for the past week.

So far I havent been successful in creating the view,yet..

Has anyone required this kinda of view?

Hi Amy,

Your first view needs a filter (advanced), that says where Deadline is Today and Actual Finish is not empty.

The second requirement is a filter (advanced) that says where Registration Created is today or last seven days or this week.
