Connect IT email fetching stops grabbing email body

I have an email fetching scenario that runs fine for multiple days but will, for no reason I can determine, begin processing the incoming mail without the email body. So the result is a call that has no description as this is where the email body is mapped.

No messages are thrown to the connect it logs. The eventin records do not include the email body but do open the call as expected otherwise, no errors there, no error on the sc.log either.

Has this situation been encountered before?
