Comparing DB Rules in Service Desk 4.5 with Service Pack 2 and Service Pack 17

I have installed SP17 on windows 2003 and want to compare DB Rules in Service Desk 4.5 with Service Pack 2 on windows 2000 and Service Pack 17 on windows 2003. Is there a method to do so either through the database or otherwise.

Your reply is appreciated.

Anju,
Since the DB rules are stored in the database in some sort of compiled Java format, you cannot easily do comparisons based on select commands.

I copy the DB rules views and paste them into word or excel. You could do this for both versions and then use the tools in word or excel to do the comparison.
