Closed by problem

Hi all,
how can i know who is closing the call or incident??? i mean i want to know who close each call or incident?? i have workgroups and each one has his own account& password but still i cant see who close the call the specfic person from each group?? any idea plz??

Hi,

set auditing on the "status" field at a minimum. Then look in the history tab of the call and you should see who is setting the calls to closed. If you dont have the history tab on the call form go into the form designer and drag it onto the form.

This information can be found in the history lines. In these lines all state changes are reported together with the name of the person that's logged in.
