Client Explorer View (Column Sizing) does not save
Running Service Desk 4.5 SP19 I have a user that is creating a new explorer view (Have permissions)with specific column sizes. When they exit and log back in the view is there but the column sizes change to a different size. Any ideas why this is not being saved?

When I first tried doing this, I assumed that the width would be applied to the column in the "Fields" dialog. Only later did I realize that this was not, by default, the field selected in the "Format Fields" dialog. So may changes did not appear to be saved.
