Client Explorer View (Column Sizing) does not save

Running Service Desk 4.5 SP19 I have a user that is creating a new explorer view (Have permissions)with specific column sizes. When they exit and log back in the view is there but the column sizes change to a different size. Any ideas why this is not being saved?

Rory,

When I first tried doing this, I assumed that the width would be applied to the column in the "Fields" dialog. Only later did I realize that this was not, by default, the field selected in the "Format Fields" dialog. So may changes did not appear to be saved.

Could this be what is happening ?

Hi,

I Think the "Automatic column sizing" was enabled when you are trying this.

Try out the following steps.

Click on the Filter>>Other("Other Table View settings")>>

In this screen, uncheck the "Automatic column sizing" checkbox, so that when you logout and re-login it will display the orginal view instead of automatic sizing.

Hope your problem will be resolved.
