Click on Service Call button shows all tickets - ever

Sometimes when we click on the Service Call button instead of bring up the default view it brings up the All Service Calls table. This is quite frustrating as we have quite a few calls and it takes a while.

We noticed this problem a few days ago when switching back from Work Orders to Service Calls. Subsequent switches don't take long at all as they go to the last used view. The All Calls table is not the default view. It is also not the first item in the list of views.

This seems to be a problem with clicking on the Service Call button, rather than switching between modules. Today I was already in Service Calls and clicked the button routinely. It went ahead and loaded the all calls table.

Has anyone experienced this problem before?

As a matter of fact, yes! We've been dealing with it for a few months since "upgrading" to SP17. See this thread:

If you're having the same issue, try your luck with HP support. I'll try to let you know if I get a solution from them.
