Classification.

I have a user that when she clicks on classification icon she only gets the "Service Call Classification (table)" view and does not get the (Tree) view.

When I log in as her I am able to choose either view, but at her desk she does not get both.

Any ideas ?

Looks like either view cache or permission problem. First, delete the SD cache folder from the user's profile on the client desktop. Then logon to SD again and check whether it works!! Second, make sure that both the views (table/tree) are assigned to the user. You may check this through the roles assigned to that user.
