Citrix and looping error window

Hello all,

Has anyone used Service Desk with Citrix and encountered a looping error window problem?

For example, when a user tries to search for something, and ends up with the "No Item found with this Search Code. Please enter an existing Search Code.", normally the user can click OK, delete the code and try again, but at times the window pops up repeatedly with no chance of deleting the search code. It happens very rarely, but has caused enough problems (after enough repeats, the program crashes, causing work to be lost) to require investigating.

We're using version 4.5 SP12, if that helps.
