Checklist information copy to history and assign to person

Hi there.

What's the most common way to copy the information given by a checklist to the history, assign a servicecall to a person regarding info from the checklist ?

The checklist entries are stored in the information field so auditing that field will save the checklist in the history but it is not a great idea. As the info from the checklist goes into the information field you could create rules that assign based on text that appears in the information field but it is going to be a bit hit and miss unless you use y/n options instead of free text.
