Changing caller in SC changes searchcode of person record!
V4.5 SP17: I have a support specialist that only has read access to person records. The following steps result in the Person records search code being changed:
1 Open new SC
2 Types in portion of search code and hits enter. Caller and Org populates correctly.
3 click back in caller field and replaces text with a different caller's search code where caller is in same org.
4 Search code on person record of original caller is modified!!!
Note a couple of people have done this here, but I can't replicate it (but he can). But sure enough the Person record history shows the search code changed (audited) by a person that only has read access!
